I really thin...Thanks for all the comments, guys. <br /><br />I really think..well, two things:<br /><br />1. Some people know what it takes to lose the weight, but aren't willing to commit. It's 5:00 am right now...I didn't want to get up to do my workout. I got up because I told myself I didn't have a choice. My bed was suuuuuuuper comfy. Many people make excuses and say, "I'll do it later" but never get around to it. <br /><br />IT goes the same way with eating. <br /><br />2. A lot, and realllllllly, a lot of folks just don't know what works. I was one of them!!! I tried the scarsdale diet, laxatives, what I thought was low carb but god knows what that was, and I was even willing to try ALLY! I don't understand the people that do a...Word. I don't understand the people that do a ton of exercise to not see results. Time is precious--why they waste it (well, it's not a complete waste, but it's certainly not doing everything it could be) by exercising but then screwing themselves over with food? Especially considering a lot of people don't really like exercise, they just do it because they want their body to look good.
