Hi Barbie! I was wondering if you remembered your feelings during Slim in Six? Did you have confidence and determination the entire time? Were some weeks more mentally challenging than others? Thanks, and I love the blog!
The question box was getting a little lonely without questions. :)
I had MANY feelings during Slim in 6.
I feel like, for one, I hung on to every one of Debbie's words, especially when she said that I would be shopping for a smaller size soon.
ABSOLUTELY some days were more MENTALLY and/or PHYSICALLY challenging than others. I had trained for triathlons before, so I would really try to listen to my body. If I was really TOO exhausted to BRING IT, I would allow myself a day off. That happened about 3 times in the whole six weeks. I am glad that I let my body recover that extra day.
When I was feeling WEAK (mentally or physically), I would just PUSH PLAY ANYWAY.
HAVE FAITH. THAT IS THE KEY. TRUST THE PROCESS. CHECK THE MESSAGE BOARDS.
You don't always have to feel like it's working, but trust that it is.
