Book Review: Turn Up the Heat

My writer friend and coachee, Brad, asked me to please spread the word about this most awesome book that has changed his life: Turn Up The Heat. For years, he said, he has tried to "eat clean," with minimal results. In a recent email to me, he wrote:

I can't say enough about this book......you know, for YEARS I have said (to anyone who will listen)...."You know, something is off....I eat really cleanly, workout, and still struggle with weight." This is why....I have that rare metabolic type, and so have to be VERY careful. The good news is that, once it's under control, my metabolic type also responds the best (in other words, it's sensitive on both ends).

Boys and Girls, if this sounds like you, then you might want to take a look at Brad's recommendation.

I read this book and accoring to the calculation and the amount of food i was supposed to be eating to kick my metabolism in gear compared to the amount of exercise i was doing I did not create a large enough deficiet for weight loss??? Maybe Brad can shed some light?

Hm, I don't know. Try posting your question on the fitness forum for the experts. I haven't read this book. Brad, are you out there!
