Greetings from San Francisco, Boys and Girls! I love this city! It's like New York, I told a friend, only different.
I'm too tired for deep thoughts tonight, but I wanted to check in to let the world know that I Brought It with Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 3.
Boys and Girls, I am loving Chalean.
Just a few random thoughts and comments:
**If you're planning on using resistance bands, I would also order the green Turbo Jam tubing. I find that even the lightest resistance band is a bit heavy for certain moves. Alternatively, you might want to invest in 5 or 8 lb weights.
**Do watch the instructional video for the bands. And, um, do wrap the band around your feet the way Donna does in the video. If you don't, you risk slapping yourself with the band. Trust me, it hurts!
**I thought I'd comment: I like the way Chalean talks throughout the video. She provides just the right kind of encouragement. I sometimes need little reminders to "give it all you got" and to push.
Oh, and I wanted to pat myself on the back for a job well done. I knew today was going to be an exhausting work day, so I woke up at 5am so I could get my workout in. Yea, that's my Barbie.
If you want it, go get it.
