Correction!!! Correction!!! Typo on Carb Manipulation!

Boys and Girls, I made a typo yesterday. I now fixed it on the original post, but some of you may have gotten to it beforehand. Here is the correct information:

On resistance days, I take in MORE CARBS: 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

On cardio days, I LOWER my carbs: 30% carbs, 50% protein, and 20% fat.

I'm still learning, as you can see. My fat intake is a little higher than it should be. But, I'm working on it.
