P90X PLUS: Round 4 for Barbie

Boys and Girls,

After two weeks of doing my own routine four days a week (legs at the gym one day, 2 days of Slim Series, and 1 day of biking), I am going back to Tony! I miss the structure and pump I get from working out six times a week.

After six weeks of burning it up with Debbie's Slim in 6, I think I need a break from Debbie. Don't get me wrong, I love her videos and know from personal experience that no one blasts your fat like Debbie. But, I just can't take her right now!! I neeeeed Tony and the X!

I'm opting for P90X Plus, the LEAN version because the PLUS is more cardio based than P90X. One of my concerns while doing the X was that I was getting too muscular. The X Plus, on the other hand, really leaned me out.

I will still keep my riding day at the park, and I might even add an extra stretch/off day (making it five and not six days of working out). But, I need the X! I really do!

So, today, DAY 1, down. 89 more to go!
