My Team Walks the Talk

The other day, Chris, one of the women I coach posted the following comment on my forum, Barbie's Slim Spot:

"How exciting, this thread seems to be booming with coaches. Barbie what do you put in the water here?"

I felt it was a very good question. What do I put in the water to be surrounded by men and women who have transformed their bodies and their lives, and who, like me, want to share it through coaching?

All I can say is I walk the talk. I lead by example. You really can't fake commitment to excellence and genuine concern for others.

Being committed to my fitness, to my health, and to my growth has inspired and enabled me to help others do the same.

The men and women on my team share "center point values": commitment to fitness, to our lives, and to helping improve the lives of others. I think their progress pictures and their words speak for themselves.

After responding to Chris's question about what I put in the water, I rhetorically asked, "I don't know what I put in the water! Why do you want to coach, Licia? Jardy? Timber? Nazly?" Guess what? They answered.

I'd like to share some of their responses with you here.

I couldn't agree more! I will write more about my journey in a little bit. I need to see where my calories are for the day. I think I am only at around 1200.

Girl, you better UP your calories RIGHT NOW!! Seriously, you can't do the X or anything else for that matter and eat 1200.
