Throw Your Heart Over the Fence...

Lately, I've been particularly touched by how everyone on my forum, Barbie's Slim Spot, has been working together. Some folks have really stepped up their game with their workouts and eating. Others have been climbing mountains and have discovered a new-found passion for sharing. And yet others have come out to say that they are struggling. It is the way my peeps are continually willing to share and uplift others in the journey that fills me with joy and that puts me at a loss for words. How can my words capture what I feel at seeing myself and others grow as we share in this most awesome journey, one that is only "kinda" about fitness.

One of my Slim Spotters, Jardy, commented on the forum this morning that she has never been acquainted with a more supportive group. Neither have I. What I am seeing, too, is that we are carrying the Slim Spot lessons over into our 3-dimensional lives.

To all my friends over at the Slim Spot and to all those committed to living their best life, this one's for you.

Please enjoy the movie: Simple Secrets To Joy

I've copied these quotes from the movie and will be placing them on my fridge today to remind me of these simple truths.

Bring it!
